I got idea from the link above...

Nemala som cele kusky chleba...ale aj tak sa to podarilo ;) mashallah

Check it, its in slovak language but at least you can see picture there..
Cut the middle of the bread...

Take edges of the bread and fry them on hot pan. Add egg between edges. And smear spread cheese on middle pieces of bread..

Now take middle pieces of bread with cheese and put them on their place (on eggs)..turn over bread and fry it...

I salted and pepper egg ;)
